Mail order customers are not restricted to a simple fixed price repair or service exchange, they receive exactly the same service options as a customer calling in to our workshop, i.e. a test of your equipment to confirm whether it is faulty or not, the option of just repairing what needs doing (eg if only one injector is faulty out of a set, then just that one) or a complete warranted overhaul of all parts for peace of mind.

Please rest assured that we never carry out any work without previously advising you of the cost & obtaining your agreement.

Important Notes:
Please always include a completed copy of our work order form in your parcel.

	Please pay particular attention to safely packing your parts:
	Ensure that all fuel is drained from pumps & injectors – properly draining a pump can involve holding it at various different angles to ensure all the fuel can escape.
	Seal the parts in a polythene bag (2 or 3 bags if possible) to prevent any remaining fuel leaking out.
	Pack the parts in a strong cardboard box with plenty of packaging around them to ensure they don’t rattle about & are well protected – particularly any delicate connections or sensors.

Where inadequate packing or failure to properly drain fuel results in consequential damage to other cargo, you will be liable for any charges from the carrier.
